Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Although standard shipping is free, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or currency exchange charges imposed by local authorities or payment providers.
These fees are not included in the product price or free shipping offer and are non-refundable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, you must contact our Customer Support Team within 6 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
NovaLoom Tech is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We may assist by providing tracking details upon request.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence of the damage. Verified cases will be handled in accordance with our replacement or refund policy.
